I was born and raised in St.
Petersburg, Florida, living
in several areas of the
state. In 1979, Sue and I
decided that Dunnellon was
the place for us to raise
our family. The Dunnellon
area has seen small growth
compared to other parts of
Florida, which lends to the
homey, small town feel that
we enjoy. I have been
selling real estate in Levy,
Citrus and Marion counties
since 1985. It's amazing
with this many years in the
business that I am still
discovering new and exciting
properties that are perfect
for boating, fishing and
nature enthusiasts alike.

Florida has been my home
since 1964. I grew up in
the St. Pete area where I
met my husband, Pat. In
1979 Pat and I decided
to make a change in our
lives and after visiting the
Rainbow River in Dunnellon,
we made the decision to move
here. In 1980 I began
working in the Nuclear Power
Industry and have done quite
a bit of work-related travel
throughout the state.
Although those places were
nice, when it came to
feeling at home and picking
a place to raise our two
sons, Sean and Brian, there
wasn't a better place than
Dunnellon. In 1996 I decided
to get into real estate and
became an agent. In 2005 I
joined my husband at
Callahan Realty, Inc.
